The free tickets for local transport were a nice touch, and the all-day coffee in the cozy lounge made our afternoons much sweeter. The breakfast buffet was extensive, featuring both healthy and delicious options that fueled our days exploring Freiburg. The staff were genuinely friendly, ready to help with any queries we had.

However, our experience was not without hiccups. We did encounter some noise from the nearby roadworks starting around 8 AM, which disrupted our peaceful mornings. Though we were offered a quieter room, we opted to stay put. Additionally, the Wi-Fi could be slow at times, making it difficult to check travel plans on the go.
